IT CONSULTANT – FRESH GRADUATE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support team lead when meeting with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements.
Perform software/system configuration and customization.
Participate in the full SDLC cycle & process, which includes system design & development, testing execution, training & documentation.
Perform software/system configuration and customization.
Perform software/system testing.
Perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed.
Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance during project implementation and application maintenance & support.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team-based environment.
Willing to learn.
Candidate with Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, WSO2, Teradata, Informatica and/or Pega experience or with certification preferred.

NOTES:

Training will be provided and mentor assigned.

IT PROJECT LEAD/ MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring that all project objectives are met.
Lead the project team throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project milestones are achieved on time, and within budget.
Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are understood, and expectations are met.
Identify and manage project risks, taking proactive measures to minimise delays or budget overruns.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure a successful project outcome.
Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and at the highest quality.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including management and clients.
Coach, mentor, and manage the project team to ensure delivery of quality work- Analyse project data and metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement- Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
Identify areas for innovation or process improvement, and work in collaboration with other teams to improve processes and tools.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5-7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of consistently delivering projects on-time, within budget, and meeting the client’s requirements.
PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
Strong knowledge and experience in implementing enterprise software solutions for the telecommunications industry.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

ENTERPRISE DEVOPS CONSULTANT (CRM)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Part of Level 2 & Level 3 devops teams responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementation and support & maintenance of any large-scaled & complex system fixes & improvement initiatives.
Participates in the change request development of the core enterprise-wide CRM applications and/or reports.
Perform system impact assessment for given change request, perform/review system design, prepare functional and technical specification, ensure compliance to technology architecture standards, software defect resolution and system deployment.
Provide support for applications under testing, conduct validation, investigation and resolve any technical issues reported.
Actively participate and contribute in technical feasibility study, user requirement evaluation and solution proposal.
Perform coding, unit testing, SIT and provide UAT support, set up and maintain test environments, trouble shoot and resolve technical issues reported, plan and execute production system implementation.
Provide all technical documentation according to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) requirements.
Ensure compliance with IT standards, SDLC standards, policies and procedures.
To be up to date on the current development methodologies, technologies and standards.
Regularly update management via established reporting templates for progress standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of large enterprise software application/software development.
Experience in database primarily in SQL query and store procedures development.
Overall experience with all aspects of SDLC including requirements analysis, design, design reviews, software development, software testing, design and coding peer review, operational roll-out and application support & maintenance.
Ability to translate client needs into solutions & functional requirements.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams towards mutual success.

ETL/ ELT CONSULTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gather and analyse user requirements and prepare business requirements specifications.
Translate business requirements specifications into technical design specifications.
Build, test & deploy ETL/ELT packages/ workflows/mappings to meet business, data quality and performance requirements.
Build data integration services: acquire, transform, validate, merge and visualize.
Execute ETL/ELT which encompasses data extraction from specific source data, apply transformation rules and loading into targeted database/ files.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve ETL/ELT performance.
Provide post-production support.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Min 3 years of experience in PL/SQL skills (stored procedure programming, functions, triggers) which includes query tuning.
Experiences in PL/SQL skills (stored procedure programming, functions, triggers) which includes query tuning.
Familiar with Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, and database design experience
Ability to adapt to changing environments in large-scale enterprise solution implementation project.
Added advantage in any ETL/ELT solution such like Microsoft SSIS, Informatica PowerCenter and/or Oracle Data Integrator, IBM DataStage etc.
Added advantage with experiences in financial services industry.

NOTES:

We will provide online and ‘on-the-job’ Oracle Data Integrator and/or Informatica PowerCenter training to the selected candidate who has experiences with Oracle PL/SQl and/or store procedures.

ORACLE ANALYTICS SERVER CONSULTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, development, testing support & deployment tasks in Oracle RPD, Visualizer, reports, dashboards, alerts etc.
Provide project plan, progress status update during project implementation.
Takes responsibility for integrity of development and testing to ensure it meets user requirements.
Prepare project documentation and deployment plan as per the company standard and guidelines.
Understand and design technical design and spec, when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Min 7 years of experiences in any enterprise business intelligence/ analytics solution with min 3 years in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and/or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Experienced in the entire software implementation life cycle for at least 2 projects.
Strong in customer focus (service, relationship and quality).
Strong in requirement understanding, development, testing and documentation.
Ability to translate client needs into solutions & functional requirements.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams towards mutual success.
Great communication skills with good analytical skills and problem-solving mind-set.
Able to follow up with external teams to drive action items to completion.
Independent, self-confidence and experience in a consulting, client-facing role.

SOFTWARE TEST ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop Test Scenarios/Cases/Scripts and executing these cases
Defining the appropriate test to be carried out including the test data to be used.
Participate in analysing/reviewing Test Cases prepared by other team members
Interacting with , coordinating and work closely with all related parties, especially the development team on Defect Tracking & Management, to ensure that effective communication takes place
Communicate & update Test Lead regularly on testing activities progress, challenges and risks
Running diagnostic, perform system testing and presenting the information to the relevant stakeholders
Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures
Understanding and implementing industry standards and protocols
Ensure all required testing documentation & processes are being adhere to
Improving knowledge of business applications and user needs and expectations
Stay up-to-date on the latest testing tools, test strategies and testing best practices

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Disciplines or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of software testing experience
Experience in the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) such as Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scenarios and Test Execution, etc
Experience in Telecommunication Industry performing end-to-end system testing
